My Lexus IS250 SE-L
sprinter2012 Very nice, what do you think of the Joe-Z intake pipe? As I've been looking at them for when I get my IS250
I've been ignoring the SE-L version because I don't like the wood, but it looks much better with the di-noc. Still hard to find one that doesn't have cream leather though.

Yee that's what I thought, I think you might get something like 5hp from it but it's the noise I want. I want to hear the V6 as I love the straight-6 in the IS200.
Ye I do like the extra gadgets you get in the SE-L, I'll just have to keep searching. I look forward to seeing what else you do with the car.
Time to update this thread
Done quite a few things to it the last months, can't remember the order but here we go:
Got a new F-Sport gear knob:
And an aftermarket Navigation/Bluetooth/DVD unit to replace the center console and the new 2009 center vents. I have to say this unit is excellent and about 4 times cheaper than the OEM Lexus one. Perfect functionality and colour match, 100% plug'n'play in non-NAV cars:
I did quite some work on the headlights and fog lights, removed the stock projector lenses (fresnel) and replaced them with clear STI-R lenses from The Retrofit Source to give a clearer output and sharper cutoff line:
Painted the headlights and fog lights in black (previously chrome):
I never liked the amber rear lights on the IS250, the IS-F model comes with clear lenses so got myself a pair:
And installed these ridiculously bright amber LED bulbs from V-Leds:
Got these 5 LED side indicators:
Installed the new Philips DaylightGuide DRL's which are excellent quality and dimmable (not to everybody's taste) but I'm not sure if I'm going to keep them on the car:
Installed a rear boot spoiler that I got from Taiwan (oem.thing on eBay) which has an excellent fitment and I was very lucky to find this brand new GFX rear spoiler lip on eBay to that needed painting black:
The original exhaust pipes looked too skinny with the GFX rear so I decided to get the Honda S2000 AP2 tips:
I got to wash the car today and took some pictures.
Interior:
Exterior:
I hope you like it.
Saving up for Eibach lowering springs and tasty JDM wheels for the spring/summer.
Looks mean mate! Just needs a drop
